Get Involved

Our churches are places where everyone can use the gifts God has given them, in fact that’s exactly how the church is supposed to be.

There are many ways that people can serve in our churches, from singing, to helping at toddler group, making coffee to helping lead services. Take a look below to learn more .

Services

Our services are the core of what we do,with the church family meeting to worship and pray together. You can expect a traditional service, with great music, groups for children and opportunites to deepen your faith.

Events

We’re glad to be at the heart of our communities, and that means there is always something going on. Click here to find out what’s on.

SD Arts

St Dunstan Arts is our arts foundation dedicated to bringing artistic endeavours of local and national significance to the heart of our communities. If you’ve got arts or admin experience, let us know.

Learning and discipleship

Discipleship is the word we use to describe our ongoing journey of learning more about God and his love for us. We put on a range of courses and events to help us with our spiritual journey, details of what’s coming up can be found on our events page.

Join the Choir

Our choir is based at Holy Trinity and helps to lead our worship. As well as our adult choir, our junior choir is growing too, with opportunities for training, performance, and singing on a Sunday morning.

Helping with services

Our services are led by our priests, but they can’t do it alone, and so members of our church family help out on Sunday mornings. This can mean putting things in the right place, helping to give out communion, or by leading prayers. Speak to the vicar to find out more

Children’s Leadership

‘we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord’ Psalm 78:4.

One of our key priorities to help the next generation of the church to take their rightful place.  We need our children’s groups and activities to be led by adults who love God, want children to have fun, and who are committed to safeguarding. '

Volunteer

There is lots going on in our parish, and we can always use an extra pair of hands. Maybe you’re  a keen gardener, a qualified professional or just wiling to do the little odd jobs that always need doing. If you’ve got a skill that you want to offer, then we’d love to have a chat!

Support us financially

Our churches receive no funding other that what people generously give. If you want to support our mission in Ashurst Wood and Forest Row, then you can do so by clicking here to find out more.

Community Cafe / Coffee Mornings

If you have a passion to serve our community, then our cafe and coffee mornings are for you. We’re proud of the way in which we bring our villages together over a cuppa, and we’re always looking for chefs, servers and volunteers.

Eco Church

If you share our comitment to caring for the amazing world that God has given us, then our Eco Church group would love to meet you. Click here [ link to eco church page] to find out more.
